The purpose of New Hope Assembly Church is to create a welcoming, and supportive faith community where people from diverse backgrounds can come together to worship, grow spiritually, and experience the love of God.
Layne Bresler leads New Hope Assembly Church as our Lead Pastor, guiding us with a genuine heart and a clear vision for our church family. Pastor Layne’s faith runs deep, and it shows in the way he cares for every person who walks through our doors. He’s known for his warmth, his integrity, and his willingness to walk alongside people through different season of life.
On Sundays at 11:15 a.m. and 2:00 p.m., you’ll find Pastor Layne sharing messages that connect biblical wisdom to the real challenges and joys we face every day. His sermons are thoughtful, relatable, and always encouraging—reminding us that faith is meant to be lived out together.
Under Pastor Layne’s leadership, New Hope Church has truly become a place where anyone can feel at home, grow in faith, and discover how they can make a difference. He’s passionate about building a community where people belong, support one another, and serve side by side.
Josia Ravelonanahary is the worship director at New Hope Church. The worship team, led by Josia, strives to create an atmosphere that encourages heartfelt praise, spiritual reflection, and a deep sense of community. Worship at New Hope blends contemporary Christian music with traditional hymns, inviting people of all ages and backgrounds to participate.

Children's Ministry:

Jaona Ravelonanahary serves as the French-speaking Pastor at New Hope Assembly Church, leading the 3:30 p.m. Sunday service. With a deep passion for reaching the Francophone community, Pastor Jaona provides thoughtful sermons and spiritual guidance in French, making the Word of God accessible and relevant to French-speaking members.
He is known for his compassionate heart, willingness to listen, and commitment to walking alongside individuals and families in their spiritual journeys. Pastor Jaona’s ministry goes beyond the pulpit—he actively builds relationships, supports newcomers, and encourages fellowship through special events and small group gatherings.
Under his leadership, the French-speaking congregation experiences a strong sense of belonging, spiritual growth, and unity, as they worship, serve, and grow together in faith.
